Our process features soft washing techniques that utilize Eco-friendly cleaning agents by releasing surplus energy to remove the cumulative buildup of visible and hidden undesirable conditions while rinsing with low pressure. Our cleaning solutions contain mildewcides, algaecides, soaps, and surfactants. These solutions are mixed on-site to the specific needs of the surface to be cleaned. First, the solutions are applied thoroughly to the target surface and given time to dislodge algae, mold, moss, mildew, lichen, and fungus deep at its roots. After adequate dwelling, we rinse the surface thoroughly with fresh water at garden hose pressure. We take great care of all plants and landscaping by thoroughly wetting them and covering them with plastic tarps when necessary. Many companies claim to softwash surfaces. Ensure the company you prefer has the experience, certifications, and proper equipment to do the job safely.
